Can I modify pCAMBIA vectors?
Please do feel free to modify pCAMBIA vectors, and share the modifications with others via the BioForge (http://bioforge.net/forge/forum.jspa?forumID=31). Others may be interested in using the same types of plasmids you've made, and sharing will save everyone work. Someone may do the same for you later.
If you plan to distribute vectors you've derived from pCAMBIA vectors, please ask the recipients to send the pCAMBIA vector Materials Transfer Agreement form to us and provide a copy to you as well. If you'd like us to distribute the vectors, we can do so under a BiOS-compliant MTA or license (www.bioslicense.net) and would be glad to do so.
