How long will it take to process my request?

Processing time:

If your request form is filled out correctly and your payments have been processed, we will try to send your materials out within a week of receiving your request. Our materials administrator works on a part-time basis (Monday and Thursday) so please do be patient. We will attend to your request as fast as possible.

• If you have an urgent request or indicate express shipping on your request form your order will be given priority.
• If you have requested individual vectors,Transbacter^TM strains, or 'special' materials this may take longer because the kits have to be made up.

Shipment will be delayed until after payment is received.

Note that bank transfers often take 20 business days to process, so please allow this additional time to process your request.
