How do I know if you received my request?

Upon receiving your request, our materials distribution team will send you an e-mail with a confirmation number.

We usually send a second email at the time of shipment to let you know when to expect your materials at your end.

Please note: While we endeavor to make sure that everyone is informed about the status of their requests at all times, we acknowledge that this process is sometimes overlooked. If you have not yet received confirmation from us, or require more information please email us we are always happy to help.
