Can we modify the field to restrict it to a particular crop or project?

Can we modify the field to restrict it to research that benefits a particular list of less-developed countries, or only for subsistence uses?

Can we restrict the license conditions to a particular researcher, not all researchers at a university?

If the scientist creates a plant with trait X from the use of licensed CAMBIA materials and the university wishes to commercialise it, are we are obliged to provide CAMBIA with these materials and  CAMBIA is free to distribute these materials to all other BIOS  Licensees including affiliates?

Can we get a research-only license?

Can we change the governing law or the venue/law for arbitration/mediation?

Can we change the governing law or the venue/law for arbitration/mediation?

Particular jurisdictions may have requirements about the venue  and arbitration or mediation language, but to keep the license quite  standard and enforceable in many jurisdictions, as of Version 1.4 we made changes that have been reviewed by attorneys in various  jurisdictions for enforceability.
