The following shipping methods are currently available:

Regular airmail - US$10.00

Regular airmail is a service offered by the Australia Post. This is the most cost effective method for shipping and receiving materials. However, shipping times are significantly longer than for the other methods listed below and the shipments cannot be tracked.

A summary of the service follows:

• Delivery to over 200 countries 

• A less expensive option if delivery is not courier urgent
• Shipping time can take between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on customs and quarantine restrictions

This method is not recommended for orders containing Transbacter^TM because shipping times could compromise the integrity of the materials.

International Express Airmail - US$30.00

International Express Airmail is a service offered by Australia Post. This postal method is comparatively inexpensive compared with many courier services. Unlike courier services International Express Airmail only offers basic tracking - that is, the shipment cannot be tracked after it reaches the destination country, but we do know when it reaches the country and from that, can infer delivery time. Despite this difference, we feel confident in recommending this service as we have yet to encounter any problems with it.

A summary of the service follows:

• Provides priority handling, and basic tracking for most destinations
• Shipping time is 3 to 7 business days
• Access to the world's largest delivery networks
• Offers signed delivery at most destinations
• Delivery to PO boxes, metro, rural and remote areas

This method is not available for orders containing Transbacter^TM

International Express Courier - US$50.00

International Express Courier is a service offered by Australia Post. We do not advertise this service on our request form because it is labour intensive, but if you do wish to use this method for the extra tracking ability please indicate separately on your request form that this is what you would like to do.

• Provides comprehensive tracking for most destinations
• Access to the world's largest delivery networks
• Offers signed delivery at most destinations
• Delivery to Post Office boxes, metro, rural and remote areas

Courier Services

CAMBIA does not have its own courier accounts. However, we can accommodate some courier services (FedEx, TNT, DHL etc.) provided that your account numbers are provided.

These couriers will bill you directly for the shipment. We would require that an appropriate contribution be made to us to cover the time spent on the paperwork which is specific to each of these services. Please contact us to inquire about this option.
